Come and join one of our unique music and movement classes and experience the joy of bonding with your child through musical play! We sing, dance, drum, march, shake and wiggle our way through class! Our classes are designed to enhance the bond between parent and child (or caregiver) and our research based program supports not only musical development but intellectual, social, emotional development as well.
What is Music Together®?
Did you know that all children are musical?
Have you ever wondered what you can do to nurture the musical growth of your child, regardless of your own musical ability?
Experience Music Together and find out how important--and how fun--music making can be!
Music Together classes are for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and their parents/caregivers. Our philosophy is based on the premise that all children are musical and have the same innate ability to learn music as easily as language. Our goal is to nurture your child's natural enthusiasm for music and movement. We sing, dance, chant and play instruments in an informal setting that will allow your child to develop at his or her own pace. We'll help you provide your child with the basic musical skills needed to enjoy school and social musical activities. Music Together also provides an excellent foundation should your child choose to study an instrument later in life.
We believe that music ability is as much a basic life skill as walking or talking and that all children can achieve basic competence in music, provided their early music environment is sufficiently rich.
Join us for classes in Bedford Hills, South Salem, or Vista / Pound Ridge as we sing, dance, drum, jingle and have a whole lot of fun making music together!
