Inclement Weather Class
Cancellations
If
the weather is bad we will cancel classes.
Please listen to the news at WEBE 108 or Star 99.9 or on TV
NEWS CHANNEL 12 or CHANNEL 8, or call the office at
845-628-0895. We will leave a message by 7:45 am.
If
the town you have class in has closed school for the day, we
will be closed.
If
the town has a school delay, we will be holding classes on
time as scheduled. Any classes cancelled by us will be added
at the end of the semester.
Sickness Policy
Please use your discretion. Rule of thumb… Runny noses are
usually okay unless they are green and gooey. Do not attend
class if your child has thrown up in the last 24 hours or
until your child has been fever-free for at least 24 hours.
If you have a question, call the office.
Makeup Policy
You may make up 2 missed classes per school-year semester
and 1 missed class per summer session. Make ups can be
scheduled online or by phone. Unused makeup classes cannot
be rolled over to the next semester. If you have scheduled a
make-up and cannot attend, please call to cancel so that
another student can fill that space. If you do not come or
call to cancel with at least a few hours notice, it counts
as your make–up class – it may not be possible for you to
schedule another make-up class.
Returned Check Policy
There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks.
Guests
Adult family members are always welcome to attend class. If
you need to bring an unregistered sibling, please try to
notify us ahead of time. In addition, no unregistered
children other than siblings can be accommodated unless
prior arrangements have been made. We do not allow drop-ins
to our regularly scheduled classes; free demonstration
classes are offered before each semester begins.
