  • Makeup Policy
You may make up 2 missed classes per school-year semester and 1 missed class per summer session. Make ups can be scheduled online. Unused makeup classes cannot be rolled over to the next semester. If you have scheduled a make-up and cannot attend, please cancel online so that another student can fill that space. If you do not come or cancel your make-up online, it counts as your make–up class – it may not be possible for you to schedule another make-up class.
  • Sickness Policy
We are committed to providing a safe environment for everyone in class. Please use your discretion. Rule of thumb… Runny noses are usually okay unless they are green and gooey. Do not attend class if your child has thrown up in the last 24 hours or until your child has been fever-free for at least 24 hours. If you are in doubt, please contact your child's doctor. Hand sanitizers are available in all locations. Please use before and after class so we can minimize the spread of germs. However, if you prefer not to use hand sanitizer, warm water and soap is another good option. If you have a question, call the office. 845-628-0895.

  • Inclement Weather Class Cancellations
If the weather is bad we will cancel classes. Please listen to the news at WEBE 108, WHUD 100.7 or Star 99.9 or on TV NEWS CHANNEL 12 or CHANNEL 8, or call the office at 845-628-0895. We will leave a message by 7:30 am. If the town you have class in has closed school for the day, we will be closed. If the town has a school delay, we will be holding classes on time as scheduled.
  • Guests
Babies 8 months and under by the start of the semester are free to attend Music Together® classes with a registered sibling. Cousins and friends from out of town 9 months through Kindergarten age, who are not registered, can visit a class one time for free during a session, based on availability. Each additional visit will be $20 and is subject to space availability and approval. Please call 845-628-0895 to make arrangements.

Both or either parent, grandparents or caregivers are welcome to attend class at any time - no need to ask. Whole family music making in your home is extremely valuable to your child's musical development, and attending class occasionally helps the other family members to join in at home.

Throughout the semester, Music Together classes may be in session when older children have a school holiday. Older siblings of registered students may occasionally visit provided the older sibling is HEALTHY. Please call the office to make arrangements. Visitation spots are available on a first come, first serve basis.

We do not allow drop-ins to our regularly scheduled classes; free demonstration classes are offered before each semester begins.

  • Returned Check Policy
There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks.

  • Priority Registration

Fall registration is first come, first served, as is summer registration. In the winter and spring semesters, we do offer priority registration to currently enrolled families 1 week before registration is opened to the public. Notification will be made by e-mail.
